Episode 117 is here and this week Divya Singh shares yet another personal journey raising her daughter Alia as a vegan. My hope in sharing more stories from well researched, vegan parents who have made the conscious decision to raise their children vegan, is to take away some of the negative and harmful media stigma around raising vegan children. There are so many vegan children out in the world who are thriving, whilst simultaneously preventing the future onset of chronic disease, minimising their impact on climate change and just being kinder and more compassionate to the animals and I want these voices to be heard. It is possible to raise happy, healthy, vegan children from conception all the way across the life span and 2 year old Alia is yet another example of this.
