and give access to the brands that they control now a lot of companies in web3 do not have or in blockchain do not have real revenue whereas his brands that he controls have been making over 20 million dollars a year and they have some aggressive growth plans so let's learn from him on what they are doing how they're doing how they're achieving those numbers and what their plan is to and how they plan to grow as well

Chapter 2: What are the benefits of tokenizing equity for e-commerce businesses?
With all that out of the way, let's get into it. So Albert, welcome to the show. It is a great to be hosting you and I am looking forward to our conversation, especially because I have worked in this field of e-commerce and work and created my own brands, whether it was in that or a few other niches and spaces.
So looking forward to asking you about all sorts of questions, but before we get started, how did you get involved with B token and working with brands?
Okay. Thank you. And nice to meet you. I'm Albert Prat, the founder of Bissell Brands. And Bissell Brands, it's an e-commerce that I created in 2008, long time ago. And we have five different brands, own brands.
Chapter 3: How does BeToken plan to grow in the European market?
GreenCat, it's a garden tools. FitFu Fitness are a fitness for home users, like treadmills, spinning bikes.
Yes.
Another brand is McHouse, a furniture for home. And the last two brands are kids toys, like small cars with batteries and all kinds of toys.

Fantastic. And yeah.
Chapter 5: How is delivery speed impacting e-commerce competition?
And so tell me about B token and how does B token work? What is the key problem you guys solve?
Yeah, you know that the e-commerce nowadays is truly competitive and it's necessary that the companies have big stock.
Chapter 6: What are the future goals for BeToken and its brands?
It's not a headache, but it's complicated to have enough stock for cover all the sales. And I'm a crypto follower from a long time ago. and always thought that it could be a way for increase the company capital and push the growth for the company. And this is the reason why one year ago I decided to tokenize all the equity from the company. Why one year ago?
Because the laws in Europe changed and nowadays it's possible to do it under the regulation, under the CNMB. Exactly the same than a normal company put the shares in a stock market.
Chapter 7: How does BeToken plan to enhance customer loyalty?
Yes.
I think that it's much more efficient using blockchain technology.
Yeah, definitely. There's a lot more efficient. Can you tell me a bit more about on the, on the loyalty program side of things and how does all that work with, yeah, with B token?
Yeah, B token are the shares from the company, are not a token that represents not. B token are the shares. Now the company shares from business brands are digital shares. Yes. And we created protecting a lot to the investor.
Chapter 8: What advice does the guest have for aspiring e-commerce founders?
Why? Because I know that there are a lot of people that thinks that blockchain are crypto and crypto are scam is not the same. A blockchain, it's a technology that you can use it for many things. And it's, if you use it on a correct way, it's very potent and very efficient.
This is the reason why we tokenize all the equity and we put around 20% of the shares on the market nowadays on a primary market because the secondary market are under creation. And there are some exchange that they already have the license because they need the MIFID II license because the B token, it's equity for a company.
And this is the reason why they need this special license for open the market.
Yes.
And our idea, we want to make a capital increase in total 8 million because we want to accelerate our growth. I think that it's appreciated that our problem is that we cannot cover all the demand from our customers. Nowadays, we can cover around six or five or six months, the total demand that we have from our items.
Yes.
We are, we have more than 200,000 followers in our brands and the people like a lot our brand. But the problem is we need to increase the capital for increase our stocks.
Yeah. So how does it all work? So you have the BSelf brands, these five brands, and then you are tokenizing the company. Are you using blockchain for any other thing as well?
At the moment, our first goal is token size, the equity for the company, and put 20% from the shares around in the primary market. And our next goal will be to create a, not a security token, utility token. that the people can use it under our brands.
