And as we are in the era of information, we know that information has not value anymore. So I your personal perspective which is the most valuable commodity that we have and source of power? After a full day of work, I'm tired and I don't feel like doing anything so I usually end up putting Netflix on and switching my brain off. How can I push myself to change this habit when I have no energy?
