We talked a lot about mental health, seeking out therapy/professional health to help with figuring out what to do when feeling lost and not having direction in life during our adulthood. This podcast episode was all about feelings and talking about feelings which men in general are pretty bad at doing, so it was nice Robin and I were able to talk about our feelings to each so freely. We also talked about growing up in and Asian family in the west and about being old and how we still got to get out of our comfort zone in order to grow and improve.
