She is a recent immigrant to America, with roots in Mongolia (born there) and grew up in Russia. Her content focuses on education in terms of embracing one’s natural beauty. She looks to show how Asian wavy hair and monolid eyes are beautiful and that Asian women and men should love that about themselves if they got that. Her big dream is to inspire others who have experienced similar life struggles and represent those who look like her. She wants to be their voice and face. In our conversation, we talked about her background (being Mongolian-Russian), her upbringing in Russia being Asian dealing with racism that she wasn’t aware was racism until she immigrated to America, her experience being an immigrant as an adult, her thoughts on racism and her content creating journey (how she decided to become a creator and what’s her goal with creating content).
