It's all about seeing the bigger picture, not what's right in front of you or what looks logical Most can't comprehend: Save up a downpayment of $20,000 Buy a rental that creates $500/month which is $6,000/year That's a 30% return by the ay Oh! And the $500 will come in every single month for the rest of your life and your kid's lives as well - because houses last a long time.
