It's so easy to only show the "perfect" parts of our lives, but wouldn't it be freeing to post the moments that are real, whether it's a good moment or not? You can be a help to someone else who desperately needs exactly what you're needing! Paula and Korie talk about how they both intentionally say "yes" to the things that bring them joy, instead of making excuses out of busy-ness. And always remember: NO ONE is perfect.
