Hello and welcome to the 20th episode of my trip! In today's episode, I will be covering my 9-day trek in Langtang Valley, Nepal. As of April 1st, 2023, the Nepalese government decided to pass a new law about needing a guide when trekking in Nepal so I cover that scenario from what I have seen on the ground and heard from other trekkers. I did end up having a guide so I cover the cost of the whole 9 days of the trek including transport, guide fees, food, water, accommodation and everything else in between!This was an amazing experience in the Himalayas but it came with some lessons learnt and an unfortunate story attached.
