I brought Dr. Beckford on today because she helps professional women put their health and wellness first without guilt. She talks the talk and walks the walk. She is the embodiment of what it takes to live a full live and enjoy it. It takes work. I wanted to know her secrets. She does tell me her secret of staying calm and keeping the nervous system in parasympathetic mode after all – SELF CARE WITHOUT GUILT. It includes asking for help and receiving it.
