Chapter 1: What wedding regrets does Tom share?
hello friends uh this is the wolf and our email oh god jesus i was just so excited this is the wolf and the banter cannon one
Welcome to the email special of the Wolf and Banter Cannon.
You know who you could give that shirt to? Who? David Hay. Because he sort of sees himself as... He's an absolute banter cannon as well. Yeah, he is a banter cannon.
Yeah, he's just shooting everywhere.
Okay. Wolfalpod at gmail.com. Get in touch. I've never ever done this where it's gone, the banter's gone, because obviously you're the banter cannon, but the same joke has had a runner into two episodes. I know, it's the first time. But the idea of you and David Hay both wearing those shirts... By the way, you just did a thing with your pecs then.

Chapter 2: What unique wedding ideas are suggested?
Did I? Yeah. That's incredible. Yeah. How... I didn't know you could do that. That's what I think that stack people do. Yeah. So just for, yeah.
For the audio listeners.
Yeah. Romesh is flexing so hard. Since I mentioned David Hay. Yeah. He's doing like a thing in his banter cannon t-shirt.
Chapter 3: How do food vans differ from food stations?
Okay. Dear Wolf and Al, I'm a long time listener. Started back in 2022 when I first found out about the pod and I was newly in a whirlwind relationship where I moved in and lived with him after the first meeting. Wow. Just 24 hours after we started talking online. This sounds like limerence to me. What? Limerence. Have you heard about limerence? I'll talk to you about it in a minute.
Happy to say that four years... It doesn't sound like limerence, actually. It sounds like love. Four years, four dogs, six chickens, two rabbits, and a lot of life forward. We're engaged. Oh, this is a happy one.
Chapter 4: What memorable food experiences are shared from weddings?
Planning our wedding for September this year. Don't worry, I'm not here to extend an invite. We're planning a registry office wedding and then celebrating with a garden party at home, including walking the aisle, a.k.a. my garden path, with my fiancé's brother-in-law officiating after being ordained by the Church of Dudism. Oh, man, I love this. This is my happiest thing. My question is this.
What from your own weddings or other weddings you've attended were real stand-up moments that you think I could include in a celebration like mine? I just want to have a nice day filled with fun and bringing two families together. I'm having a pork pie and cheese steak.
Oh, my God. This is an incredible wedding.
As well as a wedding cake, as I've not got a huge sweet tooth, and a lemon wedding cake for my husband. Wow. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, but overall I'm just happy to email in and hopefully hear your thoughts.
Chapter 5: What is the significance of limerence in relationships?
I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, so I relate to Tom so much and appreciate his openness. Lots of love from the lucky leopard. I've attached an inspo pic for the pork and cheesecake for Tom's enjoyment. Oh my God, I'm in love with this.
Holy fucking shit. That's incredible. Wow, look at that.
How many calories do you reckon in that stack? That's a lot. That's an incredible thing. Because cheese is just your pure calories, right?
Pure fat, isn't it?
Yeah, yeah. Well, thank you so much.
That's a beautiful thing.

Chapter 6: How does Tom feel about opening a burger van business?
Have you heard about limerence? What is limerence? I might have got this wrong, but limerence is like, do you know when you first meet somebody? Yeah. And you're just, it's a really heady period. Yeah, yeah. Right? I think limerence, true limerence, is when... you become chemically addicted to the other person. And you become addicted to
an idea of what that person is rather than the reality of them so you have so you meet somebody and you've got this idealized version of who they should be and then every time they don't meet up to that it's incredibly upsetting for you because you've decided what this person's like yeah and they can they'll fall in love and make future plans with somebody yeah despite having known them a few days or whatever yeah you know like that's limerence i think i do that a lot do you think so yeah
So apparently, so then limerence happens, a sort of limerence happens whenever you meet somebody. Like it would have happened to, like a version of limerence would have happened. I might be getting this wrong. A version of limerence might have happened when you first got together with Kat.
Chapter 7: What role does food play in wedding celebrations?
And then what happens is, is, That's when you're chemically bonding to each other or neurochemical. I don't know. I'm using the wrong terms. And then what happens is that fades because you can't be like that forever. And then you see what actually you've got. Do you know what I mean? Because that sort of infatuation sort of dies down and you settle into a thing.
And sometimes people, they get limerent about people and become really obsessive. And then the idea that they won't end up together is fucking heartbreaking. But actually it's not real. Wow. They're in love with a version of them.
Wow.
That's limerence.
Chapter 8: What are the humorous moments surrounding food discussions?
Wow.
That's why when the Lucky Leopard said, we got together very quickly, that is one of the hallmarks of limerence.
Yeah, I've done that.
But it doesn't sound like it. I mean, it could have been limerence that's turned into a real thing.
Yeah, I think there was an era of limerence with me and Catherine.
You think so?
Yeah.
I think there's an air of limerence. Not with me, but Lisa was so thirsty.
Was she?
