For fleet, Andrew has transitioned to employee benefits and HR software and then an employee benefit centred around electric cars via a payroll deduction introducing EVs to SME’s who previously couldn’t offer salary sacrifice cars. Andrew's interest in electric cars is driven by personal experience, firstly as an asthmatic who realised when he moved to the countryside the improvement clean air can have on everyone's life; and then secondly as a former ‘petrol head’ who realised the experience that EVs offered.
