Sarah is the former general counsel of Etsy, was their 17th employee, and helped take the company public. After nine years, she decided to leave to find her next adventure. That's when she met Breen Sullivan. Breen is the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for Watermark Insights, an education technology company. Together, the two created The Fourth Floor, an invite-only ecosystem that connects female founders to industry leaders and general counsel who serve as valuable business strategists for growth.
