Lauren became an Alcohol Reframe Coach to help all the other 'Laurens' out there, those who truly believe alcohol is the duct tape holding their life together. After two decades behind the bar and then becoming a stay-at-home mom, her world was drenched in alcohol. It was there for the stress, the celebrations, the boredom, and everything in between. She told herself her drinking was normal, under control, and necessary for coping. In reality & over time, Lauren was using it to numb herself from an unhappy marriage, the overwhelming demands of motherhood, and life in general. It felt like the only way to take the edge off, but deep down, she knew I wanted more. Breaking free wasn’t about willpower or deprivation. It was about realizing alcohol was never actually helping. Now Lauren helps others find that same freedom so they can live bigger, bolder lives without it weighing them down.
