⁠Anna Gibson is a professional track and trail runner - finding a balance between passions for both and by all measures, succeeding!Last year, Anna competed in both the Olympic Trials on the track (1500m) and the Golden Trail World Series (5th female overall in the series), among many other fun adventures, and found a lot of joy and fulfillment along the way.She most recently kicked off her 2025 season at Gorge Waterfalls 30k where she was 1st female, 2nd outright, and set a new course record.In this episode, Lauren and Anna discuss her love of the sport from a young age, as well as the work ethic and drive that grew from that love. We discuss the challenges of her collegiate running career, and how they ultimately influenced her post-collegiate path and her current success in professional athletics.
