We spoke with Rebecca Mahan who has developed a highly successful program for victims of domestic assault. She is the author of VOTE – Victims Overcoming Traumatic Events. Rebecca is a former truck driver and mechanic in the U.S. Marine Corps and a retired police officer who implemented a program for domestic assault victims. She holds a degree in church ministry and occupational studies and is the host of the show Rebecca Sounds Reveille.
