This is Clint Roy with the Akamore Broadcast Network. We are interrupting our summer sundown, covered with reports of a major disaster at the harbor. We do not know what caused it. Then the whole structure shifts toward the harbor. People slide, bottles roll, the roof tilts sharply, enough that everyone reaches for anything that might hold. The ferry has cut through the upper floors, fire is spreading beneath you, the building is folding around the impact, one support at a time.
There is no time to understand what you saw in the bay. There are only the next few seconds. Everyone please roll initiative. Sixteen. Ten. Nine. Here's what I will tell you. This building collapses in eight turns. If you're still in the building after eight turns, you're dead. Cullen, you are first to act. It is chaos up here. The drunk person who you took the whisper from is clutching desperately onto the side of the roof, just staring at horror. You see your friends, Jaxel and the woman he was with Sarah, Harley is a few feet from you.

You scan the roof looking desperately for your friends. You hear Cullen's voice and can see Colin. Cullen is waving his hat desperately on the other side of the roof, kind of across from where you are. You can't make out what he is saying, but you can see his gesticulation and his movement. Jaxel is to your right, maybe about 20 feet to your right, kind of in between you and Colin.
I feel like this is a dream, but I know that I have to get to my friends, and so I am going to sprint towards Cullen and yank Jaxel as I pass.
