Committing to the asana practice helped him become accountable for his mental health and personal growth. He started his journey as a yoga teacher in 2019 and he has done over 500 hours of training in vinyasa, yin and neuroscience with some of the best international teachers. Francesco teaches public classes and workshops in London and runs retreats in Europe. He sees postures and transitions as tools to access our mind-body potential and not as the end goal. He’s always looking for new inspiration of elements from other movement practices, philosophies and daily life to incorporate into his teachings. While he was traveling the world he practiced with some of the greates teachers in the States, Latin America, Europe, Bali & India. First in touch with a modern mobility and science based approach from the West he went several times to India to root his progressive Vinyasa style in traditional Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga. He is focusing on helping yogis and beginner yoga teachers to advance their practice with arm-balances & floats.
