After 12 years of dedicated mind and body practice, She is now one of the few authorized Rocket Yoga Trainers in Spain, under the Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga School. Alongside her passion for yoga, her mindful movement practice is greatly influenced by acrobatics, handbalancing and freediving. With a diverse range of interests, she focuses on living a balanced lifestyle, physically, mentally and spiritually. As a teacher, she loves to create a positive atmosphere in her classes, to bring out the full potential of her students.
