From a young age, I was captivated by the essence of spirit - whether through my mother’s yoga classes, the unity felt in sports, or the raw power of nature. But, like many, I found myself pulled away by societal expectations, losing touch with my unique wildness and inner force.Over a decade ago, I returned to my roots in yoga and spirituality, ignited by transformative experiences with plant medicine, sports injuries, and a powerful reminder of what truly mattered. Diagnosed with Crohn's disease in college, I embarked on a life-changing journey that redefined my relationship with health, wellness, and purpose. Through this journey, I embraced yoga not just as a practice but as a way of life, diving deep into self-discovery, meditation, and spiritual teachings from figures like Ram Dass and Sadhguru. These experiences not only healed me but also reignited my purpose: to awaken others to their innate power and wholeness. With over 11 years of experience, I have built vibrant communities, managed yoga studios, and led over 20 transformational retreats and yoga teacher trainings with more than 200 graduates, many of whom now lead their own retreats and programs. Teaching yoga has become my primary vessel of service, and I am deeply dedicated to fostering connection, personal mastery, and aligned living in each of my students.About the Host:Marv is practicing for over eight years.
