17 Jun 2021
In this episode, Carrie-Ann Wade, Director of Communications and Engagement and Lauren Smith, Communications and Engagement Manager from North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT) tell us about their experience of putting on a virtual awards event to celebrate the amazing work done by the #NHSheroes at NELFT. They give an insight in to choosing the right event partner, how to set up as a comms team for your first virtual event and creating engagement pre-event and making a physical connection using personalised print. You’ll also find out how to get the Exec Team on board, what are the benefits to hosting a virtual event and see if a virtual event can really create engagement on a par with the traditional in-person event.
