Specifically, I talk a bit about what happens within our muscles when we train and how they grow in response to that training, cover some training principles such as intensity, volume, frequency and more. It's a bit of a more information-heavy episode but hopefully after listening this you'll have a deeper understanding of how to train effectively in order to build muscle and grow.
