The title of this episode kind of says it all. Today I talk about Binge Eating (BED) vs Overeating. It is quite common for people to say they binged when in actual fact it was a case of simply overeating and eating more food than they had planned. There is a very important difference between Binge eating and Overeating and it is hugely important for people to recognise this difference in terms of mindset. Listen to this podcast and hopefully you will resonate and be less inclined to consider overeating episodes as binge episodes. Overeating can BE reduced or eliminated and in this episode I go through some points to help you reduce over spending on your calories .
