Heading into summer a lot of people will be thinking of ending their fat loss phase and taking the foot slightly off the pedal in terms of dieting. It is a good time to hit maintenance with the increased travel & socials. But how do you take the foot off the pedal but not go into reverse in terms of progress ?? How do you avoid going back to where you were?? You keep doing pretty much what you have been doing. You don't stop !! You need to continue to be consistent with : - Movement (steps etc) - Training - Mindfulness with nutrition - Balance, choices, compromises and the odd time sacrifices - Relationship to food - Water Intake - Protein Intake The habits and behaviours you have built with exercise & relationship to food are the habits and behaviours you need to continue to do regardless of the time of the year. Listen to the podcast and hopefully it will help & resonate with you so that you can enjoy the summer without undoing your efforts to date Thanks for listening And if you found it helpful, please hit like, subscribe and leave a review.
