I am BACK after a little break !! In this episode, I discuss the importance of getting back into a routine after a break, especially during the summer months. I emphasize the need for self-compassion and understanding that it may be harder to establish a routine during this time. I provide practical tips for dialing in health habits, such as sleep routine, water intake, fruit and vegetable consumption, and reducing alcohol and takeaways.
