I fell in love with Paris in 2011, and although the honeymoon phase of my love affair has passed, I still feel more myself in Paris than anywhere else in the world. But living in Paris isn’t easy, especially in mid-life as a solo who doesn’t speak fluent French! There are many challenges I’ve had to overcome. I am grateful because these new experiences are making me grow in many areas of my life, and the lessons are right on time. When my marriage ended after 25 years, I knew deep down that there was a new adventure waiting for me. I refused to just give up, call it quits, and stay at home. It was important for my mental health and personal well-being to explore and spread my wings. But, just like a baby bird being pushed out of the nest, there were turbulent flights ahead. In this video, I open up about how living in Paris half the time as a US citizen is pushing me to grow in a few areas. I hope this vulnerable video inspires you to push yourself toward your fabulous next chapter! /WHEN YOU’RE READY, HERE’S HOW I CAN HELP YOUFREE SUBSCRIPTION TO EXTRAORDINARY WOMEN MAGAZINEhttps://www.extraordinarywomenmagazine.com/SCHOOL OF JOIE DE VIVREhttps://www.extraordinarywomenmagazine.com/programAPPLY TO BE FEATUREDhttps://extraordinarywomenmagazine.com/contribute/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/extraordinarywomenmagazine/
