Ashley Jones is the founder and executive director of Love Not Lost, a nonprofit on a mission to revolutionize how we heal in grief. After personally experiencing the loss of a child, she went on to turn this painful experience into a beautiful story.  The organization supports grieving families by connecting photographers to document memories with their loved ones. Training and resources are also available to help all of us know what to say and do to support others who are grieving. So many times, we run from grief. It's uncomfortable, and no one wants to go there. This powerful interview is worth a listen. It will open your heart to learn how to have those difficult conversations.
