The #ConstructionIndustryNetwork at YPO is piloting a first of its kind Talent Re-Entry Program – to help ex-offenders succeed in their new construction industry careers! Through this pilot, we hope to place graduates of Vocational Village with the Michigan Department of Corrections at YPO member-led organizations. Our graduates will be accredited with state accreditation for vocations such as masonry, carpentry, CNC machining, and truck driving. They will be provided with a six-month performance bond, to ensure success. To find out more about how #YPOCIN is investing in impact, write to me ([email protected])!
