納得感という言葉はよく使われますし、多くの書籍で「納得感を与える伝え方」みたいな文脈で語られることが多いと思います。しかし、実は納得感を与えられる側の視点で納得感が語られていることが少ないのではないか？と思って納得感について調べてみました。「納得」について定義している文献を頑張って探してみると、納得の概念分析という面白そうな文献を見つけました。ここの抄録に納得の定義が書いてあり、それこそ「納得感」を感じました。そのうえで私の体験談をもとに納得感を受ける側で納得感を調節できないだろうか？という疑問を投げかけて今回のエピソードは終わりました。つまり、結論はありません。
