Episode 95 - Talk with Bill: Language Dissection

20 Nov 2014

Description

This is the last episode from a mini-series featuring the American pastor Bill. In this one I scrutinize the interesting items of vocabulary for you. I hope you find it useful and I apologize for slight deviation to the correct pronunciation of the words dissect and dissection. If you want to know about the cut-throat competitions of other podcasters that I am facing these days, my attitude to it and how jealous I was that the triumvirate of Leppers had Luke on their brand new podcast called Chatcast, you should pay the attention from the beginning of this episode. I this episode I explained the following bits of language: high school, to raise sb., take take a career path, a vein, to define sb., travelling itinerary preacher, accredit st. to st. (not sb. as I repeated several times on the podcast wrongly), somewhat skeptical, oh boy!, figure st. out, humility, ingrained, work one's way up, puff one's chest out, whine, st. along these lines, it ties into that, present continuous for present habits.
