Strategies for living in the present moment and reaping the benefits of a more mindful lifestyle
12 Dec 2022
SUMMARY The conversation explores alternatives to psychiatric medication and strategies for conscious lifestyle change. The main point is that it is important to learn about awakening out of the ego brain and start living in the here and now. This can help us to transcend the programming that we are constantly bombarded with and live a more natural and present life. In this podcast, the speaker discusses the idea that we are all living as a character that we have created, rather than our true selves. This character, or ego, is constantly causing chaos in our lives and is never satisfied. The speaker suggests that we should instead trust who we truly are and live as that. In order to be happy, we need to live in the present moment and experience life fully. This means letting go of the ego's need to understand everything, and simply being open to what arises. When we do this, we align ourselves with our true selves and intentions, and find true peace and happiness. In order to live in the present moment, it is important to be aware of the present moment and not worry about the future or dwell on the past. This can be a difficult task, but it is important to remember that the past and future are only concepts and that life is happening now. If you are not living in the present moment, you are living in a fantasy. It is also important to live in the present moment because it can have a positive impact on your emotional and physical well-being.
