The Benefits of Incorporating Flow Into Your Life
31 Oct 2022
In this conversation, John Stuart Reid invites listeners to his free online event where he will demonstrate how the electricity in the body is created by sound, light, and water. He explains that this electricity is essential for life, and that by understanding how it is created, we can improve our health in many ways. He describes how low-frequency sounds can reduce chronic inflammation, slow the rate of aging, and improve sexual function, among other benefits. The flow of the universe is from being to doing to having. Our mind wants to think that we need to do to have without being first. The experiment is you be that thing that you want to have. So you be the kind of person that would have the things you want. And then when you be that person, then you will do the things that will get you the things that you want because that's how the flow of the universe is. And when you do it that way, then you're flowing. This has been a big one for me recently because I've been so focused on the doing and the mechanics that I'm going against. I've been going against the flow because I've been trying to do what I want without being what I want first. And so it doesn't flow. One of the ways you can do this is by having affirmations or declarations or statements or even listening to audio that sets that tone as far as what you want or writing down what you want, writing down your goals. A lot of the reason it's so powerful to write down your goals or state affirmations is because that focuses on the being or the energy of the things that you want. And if you do that first, again, you be that, then you have that. You be that, then you do and then you'll have. So that is a really powerful and important principle. Success is simply having the things that you were being. In other words, you're in the flow and that's a nicer way of being. So really, you're always a success because you're always getting the things that you are being because you're doing the things that you are being. Again, I am a success, therefore I do what successful people do and enjoy the rich inheritance. In the conversation, Michael Pieers talks about the importance of focusing on being rather than doing in order to achieve what you want in life. He explains that if you focus on being the best version of yourself, you will naturally do the things that will help you achieve your goals. Today's universal principle is the flow of the universe is from being to doing to having. And this is one that maybe you've never heard of it in this context before, but I'm sure that most of you have heard it quite a bit because it is kind of the manifestation, it's the law of attraction. And you'll come away with many other gems of knowledge how lowfrequency sounds are created naturally in music that can reduce chronic inflammation, slow the rate at which you age, and improve sexual function, among many other wonderful health benefits.
