The germ theory of disease is not scientifically proven and the terrain model should be explored
05 Apr 2021
In the world of holistic health, the terrain model is a popular perspective on sickness and how it happens. This model posits that the human body is naturally inclined to heal and detoxify itself, and that sickness only occurs when the body is placed in a state where it cannot do so. The germ theory, on the other hand, is more commonly found in the allopathic world view. This theory suggests that microscopic germs and viruses are passed from one person to another, and that they cause sickness by invading and infecting the host body. The terrain model of health, also referred to as natural hygiene or life science, is a model that suggests that the environment, rather than germs, is the primary cause of disease. This model raises more questions than it answers, but it is a valuable perspective to consider when thinking about health and disease. The terrain model of disease states that the internal conditions of the body are the cause of disease, while the germ theory of disease claims that external invading germs are the cause of disease. The terrain model began with the discovery of Pleomorphism and the idea that the germ is nothing, and the terrain is everything. The terrain theory of disease was expanded and refined over the following 150 years through the work of natural hygienists and the study of life science. The hygienists observed that when a body was returned to the natural fruit centered diet, the Malfunction symptoms would move into the constructive symptoms through the healing phase and then if the person remained on the fruit based diet, the constructive symptoms would also be eliminated. Thus proving that the microbe terrain is everything and the microbe is nothing. The terrain model is a disease model which states the state of the terrain or the internal conditions of the body is the cause of disease within the body. The terrain model disproves germ theory, which states that external invading germs are the cause of disease. The terrain model is antithetical to the germ theory of disease. The germ theory of disease creation claims that microorganisms invade the body and that this is what causes disease. Join the Newsletter www.ZenBrainPodcast.com
