14) John Sahakian - Overcoming Traumas with The Sage of Spirituality
28 Dec 2020
My most trusted confidant John provides detailed, mindful, and patient ways to identify, acknowledge and overcome traumas that may be causing old habits to trigger that are self-sabotaging you. I feel John is my best-kept secret and felt weird showing him to my world, but I think you and everyone deserve to know the amazing insights he has to offer. He is my low key ace in the hole for everything. I've been working with him one on one for nearly 3 years. He is my yoga instructor at Equinox, and that's where we met. He's also spoken and administered hypnotherapy at my Biohackers Escape retreat in Southern California. You can see him featured here in the sizzle reel. About John: As seen on Dr. Phil, John is the founder of Three Circle Flow Hypnotherapy. Find him on the gram here as well. With over 10 years of private practice specializing in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Counseling, John uses CBT, Breathwork, Mindfulness, and the power of your subconscious to promote emotional healing, transcend trauma and to help you live your highest potential personally and professionally. John has been a practicing Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified Relationship Counselor & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Practitioner, Stress Management Consultant, and Meditation Teacher for over a decade. He has worked in the health & wellness field for over two decades as a Transformational Breathing Therapist, and Certified Yoga Teacher. John developed mindfulness-based stress reduction programs for corporations, hotel chains and doctor facilitated wellness retreats. He teaches weekly guided meditation classes at Unplug Meditation in Los Angeles and is featured on their app. John has appeared as an expert on Dr. Phil, CBS and CNN, and teaches in the special needs community. He participates with Surfer’s Healing, Therasurf, and The Ed Asner Family Center sharing Stress Reduction skills. John founded Three Circle Flow ™, which grew from his extensive interest in the psychology of breath and offers a unique and proven approach to therapy that inspires lasting positive change in your life. A native of Los Angeles, he is no stranger to the effects of environmental stress. By combining age-old practices and techniques, with contemporary scientific information, he provides the tools needed to help clients manage stress more effectively, which he feels ultimately helps every area of life. He is a member of The American Hypnosis Association and the American Counseling Association.
