Welcome back to the Zen Business Podcast! Let's talk about breathing. Are you doing it wrong? Most don't assume there is a strategy to "breathing correctly", but there is a correct way to do it and it may take some learning. The way we apply our breathing vs. how we breathe due to habit can totally change your overall wellness in terms of storing energy, releasing stress, filtering out harmful germs, body temperature, and more. I recently went through a surgical procedure to fix a deviated septum to improve my breathing - I couldn't tell you enough how much it changed my breathing abilities. Deep and controlled breathing is common knowledge for those who meditate, but we usually don't know the science that differentiates mouth breathing versus nose breathing and Energy Synthesis.
