On today's Zero Limits Podcast I chat with James Hamilton-Bing 5 Rifles British Army and Founder of Blackbearing a veterans organisation promoting wellbeing and brotherhoodJames joined the British Army at the age of 16 as an infantry soldier in the British Army’s largest infantry regiment The Rifles. During his service he deployed twice to Iraq with his second deployment in the role of intelligence and surveillance. After leaving the military and having the signs and symptoms of PTSD, this is where his life took a major turn leaning towards a life of violence and crime. During this time he got involved in 1% clubs, pornography, fighting, drugs, guns, charged with domestic violence and eventually spent a large portion of time in prison for kidnap.
