Today's guest is Matt U'Brien former NSW Police Officer / NSW Fire & Rescue Retained Firefighter, he spent majority of his policing career within the Police rescue squad. During his 17 year policing career he conducted hundreds of rescues in both services saving countless lives whilst putting his life at risk. After years of policing and firefighting  it took its toll mentally which ultimately almost took his life which he is still currently dealing with the system.
