Ep. 93 Declan Redmond Australian Special Forces 2nd Commando Regiment

On today's Zero Limits Podcast I sit down for a chat with Declan Redmond former Australian Special Forces 2nd Commando Regiment operator.  Decland joined the Army in 2000. After completing IET’s he was posted to 1RAR. Declan deployed with the battalion to East Timor in 2001. In 2003 he was posted to the ADF school of languages to learn Farsi/Dari. Declan returned back to 1RAR in 2004 and applied for and was successful for Commando selection in 2005. In 2006 he deployed to East Timor with A Coy and to Afghanistan in 2007. Declan deployed to Afghanistan again in 2009 & 2011 with C Coy and then spent his last two years in the Tactical Assault Group with both C & D coy’s.
