左側を下にして横向きになり、右腕を斜め(前)上の布団、右足を斜め(後ろ)下の布団におき、遠くへ滑らせていきます。 ゆるくゆるく動いているうちに、胸の緊張が取れて、心が穏やかになっていきます。
