Vaccination Coverage Among Adolescents Aged 13–17 Years — National Immunization Survey-Teen, United States, 2024CitationMMWR Morb Mortal Wkly Rep. 2025 Aug 14;74(30):466–472. doi: 10.15585/mmwr.mm7430a1.概要本報告は、米国における2024年の13〜17歳思春期に対する予防接種実施状況を、National Immunization Survey-Teen（NIS-Teen）のデータを用いて評価したものである。対象となったワクチンは、破傷風・ジフテリア・百日咳混合ワクチン（Tdap）、四価髄膜炎菌結合型ワクチン（MenACWY）、ヒト乳頭腫ウイルスワクチン（HPV）、髄膜炎菌B型ワクチン（MenB）、B型肝炎（3回）、おたふくかぜ・はしか・風疹ワクチン（MMR、2回）である。2024年には、TdapとMenACWYの1回以上接種率が、それぞれ89.0％から91.3％、88.4％から90.1％へと前年より上昇した。また、MenB、MMR、B型肝炎のcatch-up接種も増加が見られた。一方、HPVの少なくとも1回目接種率は78％で横ばい傾向が続き、TdapやMenACWYには依然として及ばなかった。HPV接種完了率もほぼ前年と同様であった。公衆衛生においては、医療提供者がTdap、MenACWY、HPVなどの推奨ワクチンについて積極的に説明し、強く接種を勧め、定期的に接種記録を確認することが必要であることが示唆された。
