2日前だとしても、当時のことを簡単に忘れるということを日記書いとくと思い知らされました。 少なくとも良くなってるわ、ってのを実感できたり、客観的に体調を見返せるだけでも救いになるということを知りました。 ちなみにこれ録った後もっかい調子悪くなって、ほぼ2週間ダメでした。。。
