集中瞑想は、何か意識を向ける対象を1つ決めて、その対象に集中し続けるという瞑想法です。 瞑想にも色々手法がありますが、まずは基本と言われる呼吸瞑想からupしてみました。場所も時間も問いません。少し心がザワザワ落ち着かないな……という時に是非♪ ※瞑想中は、あえてBGMは無くしています。
