「白衣の天使」として、医者の診療の補助や入院患者の療養上の世話をするイメージの看護師。しかし日本を離れ開発途上国に赴くと医療も未発達であり、そこでの看護師は医療以外にも様々な活動をしてきました。現地での活動を通じ、看護に対してどのような思いを抱いたのか。今回は「看ることと育てることと」と題し、看護師の長年にわたる活動・挑戦を追います。出演は国立国際医療研究センターの明石秀親・橋本千代子。パーソナリティーは香月よう子。
