北海道にだけ生息する日本固有の魚「ししゃも」。10～11月にかけてししゃも漁が行われ、ししゃものすだれ干しはこの時期の風物詩となっています。先週に引き続き、今週も道内の水産物の輸出を手がける「ノースコープぎょれん」常務取締役の石坂英文さんに「ししゃも」について伺います。
