北海道ではおなじみのとりの唐揚げ「ザンギ」。一説には、釧路が発祥と言われています。釧路のザンギはほかの地域とは違う特徴を持ち、さらには独自のたれをかけて仕上げる「ザンタレ」など、今も進化し続けています。 今週と来週は「釧路ザンタレ」を通して、まちおこしをしている釧路ザンタレなんまら盛り上げ隊 総隊長の木村宏幸さんと事務局長の大森一道さんに、「ザンギ」について伺います。
