北海道ではおなじみのとりの唐揚げ「ザンギ」。一説には釧路が発祥と言われています。釧路のザンギはたれをつけて食べることが多く、さらには独自のたれをかけて仕上げる「ザンタレ」など、今も進化し続けています。 先週に引き続き今週も「釧路ザンタレ」を通してまちおこしをしている釧路ザンタレなんまら盛り上げ隊 総隊長の木村宏幸さんと事務局長の大森一道さんに「ザンギ」について伺います。
