北海道の幕別町で生まれたスポーツ「パークゴルフ」。今年、誕生から40年を迎えました。この40年間に、全道、全国、そして海外へ広がり、人気のスポーツになりました。今回はゴルフの誕生にも関わった、日本パークゴルフ協会 常務理事 羽磨知成（はま・ともあき）さんに北海道生まれの「パークゴルフ」について伺います。
