北海道は小麦の生産量日本一。全国のシェアのおよそ7割を占めています。道内では「春よ恋」「ゆめちから」「きたほなみ」など用途にあわせた様々なブランド小麦が生産され、今も研究が続いています。 今週と来週は、小麦の一大生産地である十勝・芽室町に本社を置き、小麦の販売を手掛ける、アグリシステム株式会社代表取締役社長の伊藤英拓さんに「北海道の小麦」について伺います。
