ワーケーションとは、「ワーク（仕事）」と「バケーション（休暇）」を組み合わせた造語で、普段の職場を離れ、観光地やリゾート地などで休暇を楽しみながら、テレワークなどで仕事もする新しい「働き方」、「休み方」です。国は、働き方改革の一環及び混雑回避の手段としてテレワークやフレックスタイム、ワーケーションなど多様な働き方を奨励しており、新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大防止や災害などのリスクマネジメントの観点からも、全国的にテレワークやワーケーションが着実に広がりを見せています。今回は、株式会社ワイズスタッフ代表取締役のの田澤由利さんに「北海道型ワーケーション」ついて伺います。
