＜内容＞〜北海道大学は、今年４月から大学院農学研究院に寄附講座「北海道ワインのヌーヴェルヴァーグ研究室」を開設します。道内のワイナリーが急増する中、北海道の気候や土壌に適したブドウの栽培技術の研究を推進し、高品質のワイン製造を後押しするとともに、経営分析や販路拡大も支援し、国内で先行する山梨県に匹敵する「ワイン王国」を築くのが狙いです。研究室は、国内やカリフォルニア、フランスから客員教授７～８人を招く体制としています。今回は、この研究室を兼任する農学研究院応用分子微生物研究室教授の曾根輝雄さんにお話を伺いました。
