Description
小河墓地位于罗布泊地区孔雀河下游河谷南约60公里的罗布沙漠中，东距楼兰古城遗址175公里。小河墓地整体由数层上下叠压的墓葬及其它遗存构成，外观为在沙丘比较平缓的沙漠中突兀而起的一个椭圆形沙山。 小河墓地给人的第一强烈印象就是墓地沙山上密密麻麻矗立的140多根多棱形、圆形、桨形的胡杨木桩，都4米多高很粗壮，多被砍成7棱体到11棱。小河墓地，被评为2004年中国十大考古发现。
